The Peddinghaus 320G-HSS central control panels ergonomic design makes operation effortless. By clearly identifying controls for adjusting hydraulic cutting pressure, regulating feed rates and clearly displaying cutting & lowering speeds operators have all of the tools they need to make clean cuts every time.
Strong PeddiCat blade with Micro Mist Coolant System
The Peddinghaus 320G-HSS uses a durable 1-1/4 " Peddicat band saw blade for increased longevity and efficiency. Tired of messy flood coolant maintenance? Not with the 320 band saw! Standard features include a modern micro-mist blade lubricant system, eliminating tedious maintenance procedures.
Consistent cuts
The 320 band saw comes with an included blade saw guidance system, made possible by rollers and flat carbide guides – essential for accurate cutting.
Accurate miter cuts
A versatile mitering capacity of 90° to 30 °, with positive stops at 30 °, 45 °, and 90 ° gives the 320G-HSS the ability to cut multiple angles to accommodate your every need. The mitering swivel is located directly above the intersection of the saw blade so that the datum measuring point is not changed by mitering angle.
Powerful smart motor
A powerful 4 HP (3 kW) motor allows for high speed cutting times.
Hydraulic cutting pressure regulation system
An infinite variable, hydraulic cutting pressure regulator allows for automatic adjustment of feeds for different section sizes, protecting saw blades from potential hazards and increasing cut quality.
End of cut sensor
The 320G-HSS miter band saw utilizes an end of cut sensor. The blade is stopped at the end of the cut and the saw head is hydraulically lifted to the ready position for continued use.
Rapid lowering of saw head
A special material sensor for rapid lowering of the saw frame is added for increased efficiency. The 320 saw head slows to its pre-programmed cutting feed rate prior to blade contact with material.
