SHEAR GENIUS® 는 90도 샤링기가 고품질, 고성능의 FINN-POWER 단독 터렛 펀치 프레스와 결합되어 있는 장비입니다. 복합된 이 장비는 효율적인 네스팅 프로그램(기본 SHEAR GENIUS® 패키지에 포함)으로 보다 경제적으로 생산성 향상을 이끌어 냅니다. 더욱이, SHEAR GENIUS® 시스템에는 자동 로딩기 및 가공품 배출 장치가 포함되어 있습니다.

새로운 SGe는
The new SGe offers all Shear Genius® benefits together with those of fully servo electric technology: outstanding versatility and accuracy, small power connection, very low energy consumption and minimum maintenance requirement. This means that both sustainability and maximum productivity are reached: the cost per component is reduced to an unbeatably low level. There are two basic Shear Genius® models, SG6 series with a maximum sheet size of 1500 mm x 3000 mm and SG8 of 1500 mm x 4300 mm. They both offer:

• A state-of-the-art manufacturing solution for today's demands.
• Reduced manufacturing costs through versatility, a reduction in sheet material consumption and a dramatic decrease in total manufacturing time.
• Flexibility which allows you to prepare for the production challenges of the future through retrofits and expansions.

SHEAR GENIUS®는 두 가지 기본 모델이 있습니다. SG6 시리즈는 최대 1500 mm x 3000 mm 크기의 철판까지 가공이 가능하고, SG8은 1500 mm x 4300 mm 크기의 철판까지 가능합니다.
